Citi’s Model Risk Management system supports the governance and oversight of models used across the bank. It helps teams identify and assess model risk, manage controls around model use, and maintain consistent standards for validation, monitoring, approvals, and regulatory oversight.
The project focused on simplifying these complex internal workflows through clearer navigation, structured assessments, streamlined access requests, document management, status tracking, and audit trails. The UX was designed for high-information environments where accuracy, traceability, and efficiency are more important than visual complexity.
